The MTO Generator application is an advanced version of BOM Extractor program which was previously developed at Structures-Simplified. The MTO Generator application collects the material information of selected members in STAAD and prepare a consolidated and detailed report indicating the weight of each members in the model and a cumulative summary report of different sections and plates used in the STAAD model with just a click.
The program is intelligent enough to determine the weights for all built-up plate sections, hot-rolled sections, tubes, pipes and double profiles. And the unique feature of the program is it could capture the weight of hot-rolled beams with top and bottom plate as well.
