05License terms
5.1 Tools (MTO Generator, STAAD-to-CAD, and similar)
On successful payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-organisation license to use the purchased tool for internal engineering work. Specifically:
- You may install the tool on machines used by you or by employees of the organisation that purchased it, for that organisation’s internal engineering work.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, lend, or share the installer or activation files with any party outside your organisation.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except to the limited extent that Indian law expressly permits and cannot be waived by contract.
- The license is perpetual within the major version you purchased (e.g. v2.x). Major-version upgrades (e.g. v3.0) may require a separate purchase.
5.2 Ebooks
On successful payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the purchased PDF for your own learning. Specifically:
- You may store the PDF on your personal devices.
- You may not redistribute, share, upload to public or shared platforms, or sell the PDF.
- You may not remove or alter copyright notices or attribution.
- Quoting brief excerpts for academic or professional discussion with attribution is permitted.
5.3 Source code or accompanying scripts
Some products include accompanying source code or scripts (for example, EB-03 includes a code archive). The license described in 5.1 / 5.2 also covers these accompanying files — for personal study and adaptation in your own work, not for redistribution.
