01Who we are
PARISHITH (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website structures-simplified.com (the “Site”) and the brand Structures Simplified. PARISHITH is a sole proprietorship operating from Pondicherry, Puducherry, India.
This Policy describes how we handle your personal information when you visit the Site, submit the contact form, or purchase a product. “You” refers to any visitor or customer.
For grievances, queries, or to exercise your rights under this Policy, contact our Grievance Officer (Section 12).
02Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), and message content. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Payment: when you purchase a product, payment details are entered directly with Razorpay (our payment processor). We do not see, store, or have access to your card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details, or any other payment credentials.
2.2 Information automatically collected
- Server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, request timestamp, and requested URL. These are standard web-server logs maintained by our hosting provider.
- Razorpay metadata: when a purchase completes, Razorpay sends us a payment ID, payment status, and the amount. We do not receive your card or UPI details.
2.3 Information we do not collect
- We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics or advertising tracker on the Site.
- We do not place tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is an essential session
cookie (
ss_admin) used by the site administrator to log into the admin panel — it is never set on your browser unless you log into/admin/. - We do not collect biometric data, real-time location data, or sensitive personal data as defined under Indian law.
03How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to enquiries you submit through the contact form.
- Process and fulfil purchases, including delivering download links.
- Provide customer support, including refund processing.
- Comply with legal obligations such as tax reporting and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the product or service you engaged with.
04Storage & security
- All Site data is stored on servers operated by Hostinger, our hosting provider.
- Communications between your browser and the Site are encrypted using TLS / HTTPS.
- Payment processing is performed entirely on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure; we do not handle, store, or transmit your payment credentials.
- We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
05Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We share specific information only with the following parties, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Site:
- Razorpay — to process payments. Razorpay’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
- Hostinger — our hosting provider, where Site data resides.
- Telegram — messages you submit via the contact form are forwarded to a private Telegram chat used by us for instant notification. The same content is also sent to our email.
- Government or law enforcement — only when legally required, and only in response to a valid request.
06Data retention
- Contact form messages: retained in our email inbox indefinitely unless deletion is requested by you.
- Payment records: retained for as long as required by tax, accounting, and audit law (typically up to 8 years under Indian law).
- Server logs: retained per our hosting provider’s standard policy (typically 30–90 days).
You can request deletion of personal data we hold about you at any time, subject to statutory retention requirements (Section 7).
07Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Rules, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Withdraw consent for any processing based on your consent.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these rights, write to the Grievance Officer (Section 12). We will acknowledge within 48 hours and respond substantively within 30 days.
08Cookies
The Site uses one essential cookie:
ss_admin— an admin login session cookie. Set only when the site administrator logs into the admin panel (/admin/). Not set on visitor browsers.
We do not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, third-party cookies, or any other non-essential cookie.
09Children’s privacy
The Site and its products are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, please contact the Grievance Officer and we will delete it.
10Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the homepage.
11International users
The Site is operated from India and is primarily intended for users in India. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in India.
