Which STAAD versions does it work with?
Works with all STAAD.Pro Connect Editions. If you’re on a non-Connect build, write to me with your STAAD build number and I’ll confirm before you buy.
Which CAD applications can open the output?
DXF is a universal CAD interchange format — it opens cleanly in AutoCAD, DraftSight, ZWCAD, BricsCAD, GstarCAD, and most other CAD applications. If your team uses something niche, send me the app name and I’ll confirm.
Can I install it on multiple machines?
A single-user license covers up to two machines (e.g., office desktop + home laptop) under the same engineer’s name. Team and firm-wide licenses are available on request.
What’s the refund policy?
If the tool doesn’t work on your STAAD or CAD setup within the first 7 days, full refund — no questions asked. Full terms in the refund policy.
How do I get updates?
Updates aren’t part of the package — the version you buy keeps working forever. If a major upgrade ships later, existing license holders are offered it at a discount.
